Below you will find some samples of Hans' music productions for download

Forward Studio

In 2006, Hans von Bell together with Tobias Chevalier recorded an instrumental cover of Gary Moore’s “Still Got the Blues” in Tobias “Forward Studio” in Tyresö, Stockholm. Hans decided to include this track on the website as it is the first and only take on the song, without any overdubs or other studio trickery whatsoever.

The track features Hans on lead guitar and Tobias on rhythm guitar and has a really raw and naked sound but is still shimmering beautifully. Enjoy it! Click on the links to the right to listen or download.

Homage to Heroes

After completing his training in studio engineering late 2011, Hans felt that he needed a project to practice his engineering skills and thus came up with the idea to record a mini tribute album with the cover band he is currently playing with. Covering songs by the various band members’ main sources of inspiration, this also happens to coincide with Hans’s own heroes of the past and present, hence, the title.

The backing tracks and vocals were recorded in a studio in Järfälla, north Stockholm, whereas most guitar overdubs were recorded in Hans home. The final mixing was performed in the Järfälla studio as well. However, Hans took on the task of re-mixing and re-mastering the tracks in his home studio in 2013 and it is the re-mixed versions you can listen to or download below. Enjoy!
